How to use:
Step 1. Can be worn with or without a moisturizer. Primer works best on clean, freshly moisturized skin. Wait five minutes for your moisturizer to sink in
before applying it otherwise it will slide off.
Step 2. Apply a thin layer to skin. Use just a pea-sized amount of primer for a thin, even layer. Glide Baby Skin primer onto skin evenly before applying foundation and concealer.
